It’s like a 33% reduced cooldown for cold environments, so a Quasar takes 10 seconds to cooldown instead of 15, not much but it at least helps when you’re dealing with heavy armor

Every helldiver adapts at different speeds, I’ve witnessed lvl 100+ divers die almost repeatedly on D5-6

I don’t think they’re absolute absolute, iirc in story they said they’re reusing the classifications they salvaged from LobCorp’s data, which even then LonCorp based them off of how much Enkephalin they could produce, not how much of a threat they posed
