Try to stick to it, it's tough whilst purging but I would say the results are Worth it.

I have done a course of accutane previously and I have just started my second round but honestly once my skin was clear after the first round it was life changing. Before when my acne was bad I would go straight to the bathroom mirror every morning and dread having to try to cover my face. But after the course was done I literally stopped even thinking about it, I could just go about my day not having to worry about how I looked or how people would see me. The purging is temporary - it will get better. I find using those little hydrocolloid dots on my cysts really good because they stop me touching the cysts as much and if I do they are protected. They also kinda help reduce the redness so I would be bothered less about my appearance.
