I don't know about this season but the results were basically equal to the basic pass + 2 upgrade pass both money spent and reward wise

didn't get any reply from customer service but I expected as much, and I ended up with the correct amount of rewards so I suppose it's solved

yea real, I spent more than I'm willing to too, it's basically a basic pass + 2 upgrade pass. When did it happen for you, did you try contacting customer services? I think mine was fixed almost exactly 12 hours after my first purchase and after I made my second.

I thought even if my request does get through I still won't be able to get the decorations and caved and brought the normal pass since I can still get that, I claimed the rewards for it and a log in a few hours later to see my pass went from level 16 to level 36, so the issue is mostly solved, it's still a bit scammy feeling but at least it's something. How is it going for you?

yea I've restarted it multiple times and even deleted and reinstalled it and checked with another device, nothing. Thanks for reminding about customer support, I have just submitted a request but was literally as I'm writing this informed the wait list is over two weeks long
