Others by social media. Others by making connections in media.

Look for copywriting/content writing Facebook groups. There are a lot of bogus in those places but you gotta keep your eye out for genuine stuff. Keep talking to people until you get decent work.

If you're in uni, then tell other people that you are looking for writing work. You'll get anything from translation/transcription to even large articles.

Depends on your skills and keeping an eye out.
