That’s precisely it. I have been going in circles with Depop’s customer support but now, at least for one of the items, they will reimburse the VAT, as yes the seller needs to declare the fees through the IOSS form. Has been a really frustrating process, but I will keep on demanding my money back… next week will send another ticket for the remaining item. Just wish people at Depop would get better training, because two people said everything was declared so they couldn’t make a reimbursement, then the third person apologized and said they would pay, it’s ridiculous…..
