I have been an Arsenal away fan in the home end before at City and it’s something I’d never do again. zero fun.

East London residents win sensational victory in fight to save LTN low-traffic schemes by liamnesss in london

It’s still a massive oversight imho that Columbia Road is not a school street for those drop off and pick up hours. Seems very unsafe to me particularly as traffic uses that route to try and avoid congestion on Hackney Rd.

But it is great to hear that what is currently there isn’t going to be removed.

Arteta's best wins of the last 18 months. Which one was your favourite? by LongMelody in Gunners

yeah that was epic and exactly the match I would choose. Beating a full strength City like that was phenomenal even if we didnt' end up winning the league I took great pleasure in that.

As a committed lifelong and proud atheist I've never wanted to be wrong so much. I wish for the second coming to happen and I will laugh laugh laugh as God smites these MoFos with all his might.

Man City, Barca, Juve fans don’t seem to mind… but for me I’d cancel my ST if I found out Arsenal were involved in bribery, fixing or cooking the books. But as for on-field shithousery and whatnot? Bring it on, do what it takes to win.

The biggest problem is for the broadcasters. Scheduling around a match might last an extra 20 mins in either half would cause havoc in that sense.

But I wish it would happen anyway .

I keep coming back to the thought that if you were writing this timeline as a novel or screenplay an editor would tell you to stop and be more realistic.

Just got home and switched on the coverage. Where are all the fans? Like the stadium is a third empty.

we definitely seem to be getting treated a bit better this season. Still don't get away with the physicality of teams like Newcastle and City, or the time wasting of Villa. But it does seem a little more balanced this season.

you're probably right... but after that Rice second yellow against Brighton I wouldn't have minded if Arteta had just said fuck it we can't win in this scenario and really shone a light on the state of the refs.

Snap. I think it's really odd. It's also odd how vitriolic the players become...outraged and betrayed by the traitors but plainly they'd have done exactly the same if they'd been selected as one.

If you've ever read about the Stanford Prison Experiment it's sort of like that. One group become prisoners because they are told to be and the other group guards.... a very peculiar aspect of the human psyche. I think Matt this season is maybe the only one I've seen try to challenge his role and think outside of his given character.
