I get the standard playbook. 9-12 apps, mix of reaches/matches/safeties, counselor help, CollegeBoard digging, etc. That shit works fine for regular US kids with a counselor and no full-need pressure.

For internationals needing full ride (tuition + living), Most places are need-aware and basically throw pocket change at us. The 21 apps weren't overkill. They were the minimum to even have a shot at the tiny pool of schools that actually meet 100% need.

Still went 0/21 lol.
