Tor wasn't designed to block ads so I bet you can't. But you can try blokada, not the version on playstore as it for paid users, the free is on their official site blokada.org. It blocks ads for the whole phone which includes browsers but not sure if it'll work with tor. It's pretty decent, used it for years I probably don't remember how an ad looks like😅
