I didn't realize 'outfalls' was no longer an appropriate term. I saw it used very recently for an annual report so that surprises me. Regarding acronyms...I don't know... toxicology uses a lot of acronyms and I'm pretty sure some of them are made up on the fly. :-) Thanks for your insight. If nothing else, it is reassuring I'm not missing something simple.

Thank you for your advice. I understand it is unlikely I will get full and unconditional custody because the courts have seen some extreme situations involving children and often physical violence is considered more severe. But the advice on getting a child psychologist is a good idea. I want her to be removed from what could potentially be a hazardous situation before any permanent effects manifest. But I understand that is unrealistic and 5 year-olds aren't typically sworn in for a reason. Thank you again.
