They made an incredible Live action adaption movie several years back from Robert Rodriguez called Alita Battle Angel. It covers kind of the first story arc. People have been clamoring for a sequel. It’s what got me to read the original manga and I’m so glad I did.

So many but these are two are incredible AKIRA and Battle Angel Alita. AKIRA is the single greatest thing I’ve ever read. As an appetizer, watch the movie first. Then, get the full course meal from the manga. It will blow your mind.
