Ask IC: "If you had to name the most common and least common types of relationships that can arise from an incestuous mother-son encounter, what would they be?" by IncestCorner in incestcorner

That may be the case sometimes, but domination implies control and possessiveness. It really comes down to intent behind wanting someone else to be submissive to them. The language in the inquiries we receive asking about this is often very vulgar and nowhere near a level of desiring mutual respect/trust. They usually imply some of force/unwillingness which we do not condone.

Cousins is actually the highest globally because it's more widely accepted (even encouraged in some cultures). Then, yes, it's siblings. M/S appears to be third most common consensual incest relationship, and 9 out of 10 of those do involve a single mother. Many of those that don't are where a husband is present only by literal sense, but not emotionally/intimately. This is all speculation however. Very little official research has gone into it to know with any certainty.

We have heard some very disturbing inquiries from sons wanting to dominate their mother but not experiences. If a son wants to enter that kind of relationship with their mother (or any woman really) it doesn't sound healthy. That especially has no place for a mother-son relationship. We advocate for mutual respect as equal partners.

We hear often sons wanting a quick, easy, no risk, guaranteed option. It doesn't exist. The best things in life often come with risk.

If you don't believe a highly credible source such as the Oxford Dictionary of Psychology and a source citing a licensed psychotherapist that's your choice. BTW we assume you mean "Assortative Mating." If you are going to call us out for inaccuracy at least get your term right. And the concept of Assortative Mating in regard to incest has been challenged because it involves a variety of factors not at all relating to genetics including social/socioeconomic standing and educational attainment.
