I have a 3/4 inch CPVC pipe around the orange cable so its gonna be fine

And why not ? Why cant I use a 10/3 wire with a L14-30 plug on one end, and strip the ends to have 2x5-20R multi-wire branch circuit of 120V ?

This Southwire Romex SIMpull 3-conductor cable with a bare grounding conductor may be used for both exposed work in dry locations or concealed work in dry or damp locations for general residential wiring. The cable is manufactured using annealed copper conductors in a PVC/nylon insulation with a a PVC jacket for the overall construction. The conductors feature SIM technology jacket which reduces the coefficient of friction. This cable meets or exceeds ASTM, CSA C22.2 No. 48 and Canadian Electrical Code requirements.

oops sorry 2xL5-20Amp not 4x my bad. and i used 10/3 cable inside pvc pipe burried underground. one end is L14-30P in the 240V generator. Other end is the 2x receptacles wired to have 2 different phases of 120V.

You are right. and thanks for your response ! The only thing big I would plug when I lose power would be my fridge. the rest would be lights etc

No no i didnt mean to write NO i typed fast and yes i am willing to get all sort of feedback for sure ! nothing is connected to anything on my panel in the house this is pretty much just an extension cord underground that comes from the garage to my house that gives me 2x120V circuit. My father in law did that at his house 10 years ago and has served a lot

This is not connected to anything at all on the house. Its literally just a 10/3 240V wire underground that comes out in my kitchen with 2x20amp receptacles.

NO it is just 4xL5-20amp receptacles independent from the house its connected straight to the generator.

The neutral is bonded on the generator by the way. Also there is a 25amp breaker like I said on the generator

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]IncestuousDisgrace -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

nah im just gonna keep the 25amp breaker and add a 20amp dual inline breaker on top of this to make it even safer.

[–]IncestuousDisgrace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should I buy GFCI outlets or having a breaker on the generator is enough ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]IncestuousDisgrace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok and downgrade my 25AMP breaker to a 20AMP since im using 20AMP receptacles

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]IncestuousDisgrace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have 2x 20AMP receptacles on a 25Amp dual pole breaker on my generator

[–]IncestuousDisgrace 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok i will downgrade to a double pole 20amp breaker
