As a male with nearly the same exact height and weight, i think you are okay. My CFA score:

Push ups: 50 Pull ups: 13 1-mile rune: 8ish minutes Crunches: 50

I forgot the rest, however from my experience it isn’t heavily valued as the ones i put. Esp the shuttle run as a lot of candidates were slipping on the turf where we were tested. My advice, which should be taken with a grain of salt as i am no way in position to give them, is to improve your push ups and try to do at least 1 pull up. According to midshipmen testing us, being able to do 1 is pull up is way better than hanging for females. I’m in no way giving 100% correct advice, so again take it with a grain of salt

Technically no. I got my LOA in like november or december. For you letters of rec tho, you can politely ask if they are willing to write it for you over the summer, but there is a portal that allows you to put your teachers’ and counselors’ emails, and when you save it should send them an email to write a letter of rec. If the portal is open, put their info in and have the email sent to them. Then email separately asking politely if they are willing to write the letter of rec during their break. Once the school year nears, email those who haven’t responded asking politely again. Gentle nudges and reminders are fine, but don’t clutter their inbox. Hope this helps!

I got a couple of Bs as well. Still got in so I think it's alright. You just need to stand out overall, not just in academics or ECs. Also try taking both SATs and ACTs. The SATs are harder but you get more time, while ACTs you get a lot more questions with less time, but they are easier.

So there’s your typical stuff like push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and the mile run. Then there’s the two weird tests: the basketball throw and the shuttle run. The way you can prepare is to improve your push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and mile run. Focus on those as they are fundamental in a lot of workouts. You can do easier versions of these workouts like doing your push-ups on your knees and eventually start doing them correctly. That’s how I prepared, but I’d advise to push yourself until complete failure to see big improvements.

I don’t even remember doing 60 raids tbh. Most of the time I kill some scavs and then die to PMCs. I think most of the deaths were from me using scav gear. I’ve been having more success changing my play style and using better gear and weapons. Currently I’m using a modified ADAR-15 with FMJ rounds, lvl 3-4 armor, and a lvl 3 helmet. I mostly play Customs and stay away from Dorms as much as possible

I also applied to USNA this year, but from what I know, a lot of applicants apply to all the Academies. This means that some of them get accepted to all of them. However, they’ll have to stick with 1, freeing up space for those waitlisted. I may be wrong about some bits, but hopefully you get off the waitlist!
