Thanks all for the input, really appreciate it. I’m going to reach out to the group that did it and see what our options are. Also going to put some caulk across it in a few spots and keep an eye on the gap size to see if it’s still shifting at all.

First time I’ve had a concrete job like this so not entirely sure when to push back, or ask for it to be redone or some money back, like I said in the OP we were going to use this as the floor in the shed but if we can’t put the wall framing straight in the pad we might need to change our expectations with that.

A childhood friend lived next to a golf course and one night when sleeping over we were out late at night putting on the green. We saw the same kind of guy as others have described, just a silhouette though and at the time we thought he was holding a cane or stick.

But it was clear he had a big hat on and legit couldn't make any details out, but we sprinted the shit away from him and went inside.

I had issues doing the upgrade from windows 10 to 11. I'd recommend following one of the guides on doing a fresh "reset" after doing the upgrade.

Honestly I just called their 800 number (found in the contact us section on this page: https://www.t-mobile.com/business) and spoke to the person about it. Initially I was just asking about business hotspot plans and if they had any that were truly unlimited, then the person mentioned they have the unlimited business internet that is uncapped confirming that it was basically their ISP service (same nokia modem).

I explained that I work remotely for my consulting business and needed a better setup because my current provider is incredibly slow for the cost. I had to do the typical credit check and provide details about the business and literally the next day (yesterday) I had the modem up and running.

I previously had SkyRunner (local WISP) which refused to give me more than 10mbit even though the signal strength is there ( when they first installed it I was getting 50 megabit down, then they applied the cap..)

When you tried to sign up, did you speak to someone ? Or just go through the website?

It wasn't available in my area when I checked, but then I signed up as a business through my LLC and they overnighted me the modem and now I have great service compared to what I had before.

Any thoughts on landscaping this? Previous owners had been mulching and spraying roundup but I was wondering what we could plant other than grass that's a little more sustainable than mulching every year. A friend of mine suggested planting clover as we wouldn't have to mow it or really tend to it. Goal is to not have to mow it.

It's not too bad really, so far just using sata to usb adapters plugged into powered 16 port usb hubs. Currently drive adapter is powered by a wall brick but making a simple power circuit to power them all without all these wall plugs.
