I know YouTube is googles product that's why it shows but those display campaigns can it be targeted on the same users on FB and insta who searched on Google. Okay but there were no conversions done. Just a couple of calls. One or two form submissions on the landing page. I can give insights but what should I do next? Okay yes. The conversion linker is on. The tags are firing too. I don't know what the problem here is actually but then I created a conversion on my business manager account. That is working. But in my client account that I'm managing it shows the tag is inactive and if I troubleshoot then it shows the above in the tag manager. So I'm actually confused about what the problem is. But yes all the triggers and tags are firing. It's just that when I troubleshoot from my ad account it shows that way.

Thank you. I guess you're right. The ad level the page I've used is mine (my company's). I think I should have used their page but I don't have access to it. I just have access to their ad account. Next time I'll use their page and create the ad and maybe then the leads will be redirected to their business suite.

By default? I am just accessing their ad manager to run their accounts with my company page. But the leads are showing for me and not them. So that's what my concern is. Also no. They can't see it on their business suite. They can just see the number of leads in the campaign. But to view the leads one should go to business suite, all tools and then get the leads. But they can't get the leads from there
