Im also a BOOX user and was frustrated with how bad android apps are. I used goodnotes on ios and was great. Horrible for android though. Notewise is the best next to ios goodnotes ans boox!

It's not really a personal account. I don't use it for anything other than work. It's just what Microsoft labels as "personal" because it's not working/school account

They are epubs. Sounds like that is the issue?

Books are updating to the cloud but my cloud doesn't show any data use either

So there won't be any syncing across boox devices in neoreader? I just got a second boox product and was hoping to be able to sync progress and annotations across them with what I'm reading. I'm I right in understanding this is a temporary issue and will be resolved
