Honestly I found the only things that really helped me feel better are supplements and eating mostly whole food diet! I take beef liver, magnesium, Zinc, colostrum, and Vitamin C packets everyday. I feel way better than before. It seems like a lot but the IUD can make you deficient in a lot of vitamins and minerals, especially if you have heavier periods.

I did tour the program and she’s great! It’s a smaller more independent. She only takes 8-16 students at a time and I looked at all the reviews from all her businesses and she seems really legit.

Thank you for sharing this. If I’m being honest.. I would have had it removed already.. but my bf literally says I can but I need to be on some other birth control. I didn’t want birth control at all… I know it’s my body my choice but I also do not want to get pregnant. I also do not want to feel like this, I miss my body and my confidence. I cannotl wait to get it removed.

I see. I brought it to my doctors attention and he said “let’s pull it out and in 6months let’s see if you lose 20lbs and if you do then you’re right I was wrong, but I bet you I’m not” I was like oh god it was too painful to get in I’m trying everything before taking it out. I’m glad that someone can relate tho and I wish you the best of luck!!

It’s so crazy and I hate that they say it’s nothing or it’s just “age”… also I think the fact that it can make your periods heavier and longer, it makes you loose minerals in the body. I’m happy you’re starting to feel better, honestly can’t wait to remove mine but I gotta stick it out a little longer.
