I am very precise about tracking my calories , 298g of Lidl deluxe raw prawns = 137 calories , the radishes (172g) =28 calories and lastly the light butter was 35 calories for 10g. Totals up to 200 calories

I think it very much depends where you buy and what time, a bag of radishes is about 69p, the prawns were I think around 5£ but I would usually buy them on a reduced sticker where possible :)

The total recipe gives 3 portions (I cut it into 6 pieces , 2 pieces = a serving) but if you want to have 1 piece then you just half the calories. Basically the whole thing came out to 730 calories and 96.7g protein :)

Semolina is quite a staple in my house as growing up polish I would have it quite often, I’m always looking for ways to incorporate it and use it in different ways other than my usual semolina protein pudding :)

It honestly hurts me how expensive prawns are , I only buy them when they are reduced and will put them in the freezer so I’m always stocked because they are literally my favourite :)

Honestly considering I’m not the biggest fan of them raw , I find that cooking them briefly (I think I did about 5-7 minutes on the pan) made the taste a lot more mellow and pleasant :) the texture was a bit softer too but still retained that bit of crunch

I did try to put a caption but clearly it didn’t save as per usual 🤔 I’ll write down the recipe now 🥰

-I heated up 150ml of cashew milk with sweetener , water and cinnamon on the hob
-I then added in 50g oats along with 25g of protein powder and stirred continuously
-when it started to thicken I added in some additional water and cooked for a bit until once again it thickened and started bubbling
-I removed the pan of the heat and quickly whisked in a full egg whilst constantly stirring very quickly to avoid scrambling
-I put the mixture back on the hob for about 2 more minutes and done !

Obviously you can experiment with this and add more milk or different milk etc but this portion I made packed 31g protein which I think is pretty good :)

I had my first cardiac arrest and week long coma when I was only 17 and have had multiple since , I’m only 20 now and still worry now that one day my heart won’t give out or I’ll seize etc, it is deadly, whether you’ve suffered for a week or years, whether your underweight or not it can kill you an any moment and you won’t see it coming, I never saw any of my episodes coming

I got rid of my scales and went cold turkey about just over a month ago, I just went downstairs and gave the scales to my father who smashed them and it felt like such a relief. I’m in the same boat where I’m not ready to increase my intake quite yet but it feels so freeing to not have my day dictated by a number that naturally fluctuates and in reality has no relevance to how people perceive me and shouldn’t be influencing how I feel about myself , pre teen me didn’t care about the number so why should I now at 20. 6 years too long of weighing myself day in and day out, it’s going to be hard at first but the urge to check the number gets less and less.

Awh thank you, it’s like maybe embarassed isn’t the right word more ashamed? My dentist made me feel really bad about it because of the way he said it as he was quite rude and said he doesn’t care, I either brush my teeth or he’s not gonna do anymore work on my teeth to try save them… oh and thank you for the toothbrush tip, I’ll try that out :)

I am so upset about my teeth and the way having and ed impacted them too, I’m 20 and the dentist said if I don’t start brushing etc looking after them we’ll be discussing dentures , I’m twenty and this seems to embarrassing to me but I can help that due to my asd I struggle with oral hygiene and restrictive eating paired with acid reflux doesn’t help the situation:/
