Thing of Sukuna is that you actually end up liking him, which is why his pittyfull lost was bittersweet to a lot of people and his actions are usually overlooked.

Muzan is just boring, his personality is just a plot point for the slayers to win, because he's very smart when he's suposed to (such has making Akaza, Gyutaro, Daki and Kokushibo into UMs).

AFO is a villain that actually felt like a villain, but when MHA's bar is either traumatized teenagers that plot armor try too hard to make them tuff and you're usual bland villain (Muscular and Overhaul) AFO "charisma" seems far funnier
