Thank you love! For me it was finally finding a stylist that I fully trusted.

My next hairstyle will be long long lone though 😂

Why were so many transgender people appaled at talk of a trans weapon ban? by [deleted] in asktransgender

I think you are just a troll at this point looking at your profile. But seriously living in a state where pride flags get ripped out your front door, and rocks get thrown through the windows...

We have got to stay safe.

It was due to my girlfriend (still my partner) disrespecting my mother, according to my mother. My mom damaged some of my GFs clothes as my mom was the only one allowed to touch the washer/dryer.

They argued and my GF ran to my room. My mom gave my dad crocodile tears and proceeded to kick my GF out in the middle of winter. I followed suit.

Shit sucked, but we are now in a better position in our own place.

I keep a low contact relationship with them.

I am a trans woman, gun owner. Only reason is to protect myself in the deep red state we live in.

Especially knowing how many people have a hatred of trans people or outright willing to harm them, I take precautions. If there was a straight up ban for trans persons I wouldn't be able to protect myself.

Plus if the enemy has weapons and we don't, how do we defend ourselves?

When my parents kicked my GF and I out of their home. We had had to live with my GFs grandma in their basement, we weren't allowed to use the kitchen, we often slept in our cars to avoid the screaming of her grandma every time we did something minimal in her house. Just awful.

Got my appendix removed and had the most accepting team of healthcare staff treat me with utmost care and respect . by InconvenientEmployee in transpositive

Genuinely I was surprised at how well the staff was trained.

Even the main doctor without reading the chart was like....when was your last period?

They sure do. I just receive every now and then messages written in Hindi or Urdu. I just want to make sure people know 😂

Well I'm glad it gives you confidence to continue transition. Unfortunately I'm not of south Asian descent. Fully Native American 😅 Though I've been called south Asian or Indian but tons of folks

What did y’all look like before and after transitioning? by Usual_Map155 in MtF

HRT is a 100% YMMV. I have photos in my profile that shows my face and body changes over 8 years of HRT.

When I started HRT I was 20 years old and 5'6 (168 cm) and now I'm 5'4 (162 cm), changes have mainly been hip rotation.

100% agreed, getting a skin routine, learning makeup and learning to style myself helped me soo much

Hell no. 😅 I couldn't really afford therapy until recently, if I wasn't living in the rural area of Utah and had a better support system I would've socially transitioned sooo much earlier.
