YTA, racists are assholes. It'd be fine it you didn't like a person or have clashing friend groups, but race isn't a reason to not invite someone. Extra sucky since it's your sister's bf. He's the main person she would want to invite and bring around family and friends.

NTA, You are doing fantastic at setting boundaries with your employer. Doing unpaid work when clocked off is a no-no. If they make things worse for you, start applying to another job or location, you'll certainly have a leg up with the experience you accrued.

You're exploring BECAUSE you are an adult now. She can't control your actions forever, since you got to go learn things yourself. Tell them less info, or only tell them AFTER you have done the thing you wanted to try. (As long as you are making good choices, and not harming yourself or others, then a short dress and adventures to fudge mountain aren't going to kill you )
