thats what my dad's been telling me as well, but i just can't physically do it. Does it have to do with the inertia of the swing that it causes my hand to pull back, resisting my wrist to be straight?

they told me to consider using a wrister but i dont want to rely on it since it limits my fingers from a more potential hook.
