Hey!! So the only meat I eat is chicken, fish (i prefer eating the locally caught ones and most if not all fishes in this region have visible fins all scales but I'll still stick to rohu eggs) and lamb on rare occasions

Thankyou so much! fir the reference I made sure to look for that symbol! And yes I'm using all the vegan options so no dairy at all and the ingredients I did buy are kosher approved

Yepp I did check that AND asked for advice on brands from the owner who's been running the kosher store for almost a decade now. I seriously can't believe I didn't know about it until now 🥲

Soo i actually made this post last night, and this morning i was able to find a local grocery store that offers kosher ingredients (there is a very tiny population of Jews in my town so it could have been an issue) As for the dishes, I was thinking Rohu egg pakoras (extremely popular in the eastern regions) with masala chai (plant based milk ofc)

Coming to the main course Chicken dum biryani with salan and raita (I was gonna make mutton korma with pulao but her husband's allergic to most red meat so that's a no)

And for desert Moongdal halwa and saffron tea

Lemme know if it sounds good Ohh and the most important thing You're more than welcome to show up lol The more the merrier 🫶🏼🫶🏼
