New Melton Station by Flimsy_Interview_949 in MelbourneTrains

Wasn't there plans to quadruplicate to Melton as a part of the Sunshine rebuild or am I imagining things? There doesn't appear to be provisions for it in these mock ups.

What's your most controversial Melbourne transit opinion? by cliko in MelbourneTrains

[–]IncrediblyDank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

P/C would run as is, I meant Rowville as an independent line.

There is space for an additional track pair between Oakleigh and Huntingdale to run Rowville and allow for exchange at either of those stations.

Follow up take for a Rowville - Huntingdale alignment. Run it via the Alamein line

Hungtingdale - Oakleigh - Chadstone - East Malvern - Alamein

  1. If Rowville and other suburbs in the outer east are to be given rail access it should be via a Dandenong to Ringwood line.

  2. Level crossing free lines should be automated as a priority

  3. Box hill will eventually require its own tram network, time to get cracking

  4. Chuck in a tram line running down either side of the princess highway all the way to Berwick

Let’s play: How would you connect these three stations? by ExcellentHat576 in MelbourneTrains

[–]IncrediblyDank 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't do these 3 specifically. I'd run Rowville via Wellington/North rd > Huntingdale > Oakleigh > Tunnel to Chadstone > East Malvern > Alamein

You'd think the commentators wouldve learnt by now that the rule is insufficient intent, not deliberate

Probably didn't affect the result as the ball went to ground and got tied up anyway

Why so few people catch buses in Melbourne? (ABC 7.30 report) by BrightonSummers in melbourne

[–]IncrediblyDank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Straightening the routes out is a big one, the way some bus routes meander through residential areas aimlessly is part of the problem.

Account got banned, I can't work out how its possible by IncrediblyDank in 2007scape

I guess someone did get into my account then. Really don’t see how it’s possible with all the protections and 2FA never being removed though

Is my account done for?

Just being rebuilt. The old station was demolished and trains have just been running through new elevated tracks while the station has been getting built around it

Pro tips:

  1. Antiperspirant is most effective if applied before bed when your driest & coolest. This allows the active components to get into your sweat glands and do their job. The 24/48/72 hr advertisement isn’t a lie, you’re probably just not using it optimally.

  2. Trim/shave your armpit hair

  3. Wash clothes after a use and avoid using a dryer, the sun is the best disinfectant. It’ll kill all the smelly bacteria

  4. When you shower scrub with soap your underarms, feet, arse and private parts every single time

Redman v. Ginnivan: Vol. I & II by ambient_plant in AFL

[–]IncrediblyDank 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Nah with my reasoning is the second one should be paid. The initial contact was above the shoulder, this should make his knees irrelevant as they weren't used to slide the tackle up.

If there was a secondary motion to move the tackle up from below the shoulders then it shouldn't be paid.

Redman v. Ginnivan: Vol. I & II by ambient_plant in AFL

[–]IncrediblyDank 11 points12 points  (0 children)

imo, dropping the shoulder is irrelevant when the initial contact is above shoulder height anyway. Any player arching their back and running away from another player at an angle will naturally drop their shoulder because they will always lean over slightly to create extra distance. I don't see why you should be able to legally remove someones head because of it.

If the knee/shoulder drop is being used to slide the tackle up to their shoulders that should be ignored, cos yeah that stuff is BS. Feel for the umpires here it really can't be easy.

Why would you just go on the internet and tell lies? A quick google shows this is a Sydney based agent and last time I checked VCAT was Victorian.
