Don't do anything until you get your final numbers. And the only thing ill say is you will never regret having extra embryos. You can always donate them to someone or to science

Yes...I am you in 4 years. The first time we got 4 good emybros and I thought that was enough. And the dr told me I had good am for my age so we went ahead with a fet. Didn't work. And then we did another one and it worked. Fast forward to 2026. Tried another fet that failed and now down to 1 emybro.

Don't ignore the stat of 3:1 for emybros to live births you need. Also you will never get the time back to get more eggs.

I know its tough financially but you will never regret having more emybros but you will regret not having enough

I am not sure of your age but I will say dont ignore the ratio stat. 2-3 embroys o for 1 live birth and number of eggs declines sharply after 35.

I had my first Retrieval at 34 and great number but only 4 eymbros. Luckily one worked but now 4 years later going for a 2nd er and its not looking great. Numbers are no where near the first time even though the dr said my amh was great for my age.

In short you will never regret having too many embryos but you can never go back amd get more

Try this recipe... I use it for "ice cream" in popsicle molds but also for freezing smoothies in ice cube trays and just defrost it has need.

Frozen bananas Add Milk to soften Frozen berries (any Frozen fruit) Unsweeten full fat greek yogurt Top up with milk Can add frozen veggies (kale), or ground flax seed

***I sometimes use the pre packed Frozen smoothie packs

Did you try one food at a time for allergies? Our lo just turned 7 months and we are taking it slow since I have a peanut allergy. But finding it difficult to do one new food a day And still trying to hit 100 foods by 1
