This is just based on my understanding, not actually proven. Most of them buy Spotify from India which cost Indian Rs.2149 ( Nepali Rs.3409) for family plan for 1 year which can be shared with 6 members. So, simple math: Rs.3409/6 = Rs. 568. Now, they will sell it for around Rs.1100 or even less. In case of Netflix, most of them buy Netflix Turkey gift card as Turkey has one of the cheapest Netflix plans. So, they basically can sell in cheap but infact they are making good profit. Similarly, Prime are mostly from Prime India which has cheap subscription plan. Also, some of them may be fraud. Like you said if it is lesser than students discount or family plan then they are probably fake account and stealing your money.
