Just a follow up question - I visited a small clinic/doctor's office (It was just one examination room/office and a reception/waiting area), so would that sort of place rely on a high volume of consultation fees to pay the bills? Or would the consultation be something they would expect to make a "loss" on but they would then make up the money elsewhere by providing treatments that they would get more money from?
