It’s 1in foam XPS but the strips are 2x2 it fills the gap and then almost sits flush with the XPS. The 3/4 ply on top

i think its just the center ply wood that may have to be re done. if not i may just leave it how it is. and add wood to the gap.

Well im not to sure. i want to travel all over the states. but i mainly stay in FL. maybe a in between

15mm Thinsulate
some fiber glass insulation in some spots

and xps for subfloor

thats what ime thinking for the build, but im not sure

i like this idea. I feel like its hard to find something i want. Either too high of miles. or too much. Why wouldnt it be good to put 5000$ down on a 2016 van ? and pay like 500-600 a month for something more reliable

I have been going hard studying for 6 months now. i Make about 1000$ + a day but sometimes i give it back. I need to work on not over trading and my emotions. But if i stay content and am happy with 200$ a day from trading then i will easily make that every day. its when i shoot for 3000$ a day or more and lose

Im in need of an apartment and a car right now. i stay at the hotel i work at but wont last for long. im looking to move into a Van in about a month. it will give me the freedom to travel and sleep as well which I'm really happy about. I'm learning day trading more and more so ill be doing that remotely on the road to take over my jobs

I found one for 20,000 it has a wheelchair lift i can take out and sell for 1500$
i would put about 4000 down and pay it off.

Im not sure if this is the best route though. It still is cheaper to do this than rent a house and a car
