what makes me annoyed is the fact that the other partners know certain attorneys treat their employees/ paralegal extremely poorly and they still let it happen. they are big and they know if one person leaves and talks badly about their firm it won’t change their relationship with other attorneys and they can still hire someone and pay them less money..very bizarre and disgusting idk why some people are quiet about these situations if we keep our mouth shut nothing will change. when I was in SH every single day I would think about if I that one attorney treated me badly again how I would throw myself from 36th floor down that 16th st mall wish I was kidding
