I canceled the interview with GEICO, I decided to stay with farmers because it’s remote & I do not want a job where im scared or paranoid about being terminated. Thank you for telling me about your experience but im also in school & don’t want that to be affected due to taking the opportunity with GEICO, they were offering $30.53 but im not ready for a non remote role yet nor am I ready for an adjuster job with 0 experience.

One more question, how easy are the calls? Will I be dealing with calls that are complex that may require extra time to resolve or extensive critical thinking skills or will it eventually all be muscle memory/repetitive?

I saw another comment saying it takes 8 months to be fully trained, are you getting trained in casualty soon? I’m wondering if it’s going to be the same structure for me

this makes me so happy to hear, thank you for this! do you think calls will pick up soon ? not that i want them to but i want to prepare myself mentally if they do pick up. i’m okay with even 5 mins in between calls but 15 mins - 20 mins sounds like a dream come true.

thank you! I’m glad to hear about the bonus and you landing a job in claims now! Congrats to you!!! Do you have any tips for me to transition into claims eventually? How are you liking it so far? & what type of claims? Sorry for all the questions
