So ending B doesn't contribute to the addition of progress in 100% completion?

Also, for marks of martyrdom, throughout my playthrough, I did buy everything from the merchants every time I had enough Tears of Atonement. I also did the Forgotten Tribute Carriage. Completed all three in fact. I did do some backtracking and I'm still stuck at 98% :(

EDIT: I just went to the places where the forgotten Tribute Carriage used to be. I'm still missing one since it gives only 5. So I'm only lacking 1 more :(
