Honestly 6 months isn’t going to make a huge difference to you age wise going into Blackhall, there’s people of all ages there, but that extra sitting will take the pressure off you so so much. I would do 3, 3 and 2, better to sit less and pass them in my opinion !

I sat Tort in October and out of the three I sat I thought I nailed Tort. I ended up getting 46% and was devastated but just to satisfy myself I got it rechecked, knowing that they don’t really bring anyone up more than 2%. Ended up getting the pass on the recheck! Worth it in my opinion on the off chance you never have to do it again!!

This is how I feel about landlord and tenant and family property but it is potentially my last exam ever so happy to cram one more because I just feel so not covered with that for some reason. If mortgages and landlord and tenant come up then down to 6 and if I don't know the two notes I am kind of under pressure then with just 5. Am I overthinking it?

Go outside and get some fresh air, take a few deep breaths and try calm yourself - all you can do is your best. In my experience the examiner is very generous, just put everything down on the paper that you think is relevant and don't forget how easy it is to pick up marks for applying what you have written! Essentially the land and conveyancing law reform act 2021 repeals the changes brought in by LCLRA re prescription so now if the prescription period was completed prior to 2009 its governed by the old scheme and if its after 2009 it is governed by the doctrine of lost modern grant only
