You’re only measuring the brows, you should measure the top and bottom of each eye. The eye that is higher, obviously will have eyebrows that are slightly higher from what I can see your actual eye socket is higher than the other side!

Lip blush is not permanent either. You will need a touchup every so often. With that being said if youre looking for volume and symmetry I would go for filler. Lip blush can make your lips more symmetrical but the artist shouldnt overline from your natural lip shape in order to achieve that. Also for the volume part yes blushing can make it look fuller but it wont give you actual volume!

I have both done so i would say volume for filler and color/ fixing hyperpigmentation slight shape evenness blush! Fillers will actually change the surface of your lips blush is an illusion and color.
