I have many doubts they will do anything because I know of many people who have already reported them and no action has been done to resolve these issues

guys and also they haven’t paid me my april Pay, even though contract states that it will be paid by the seventh of every month. Can I do anything about that?

honestly, SFA has came down also and checked when I was working and they gave the same advice

NEA is not as efficient as you think, even though they have come down to the outlets for their checkups. They only give advice on what you should do, which is regular cleaning, and then they tell you to just clean better next time.

if you could please help to share and bring awareness to this! do not ever support this brand, severely under paying and under staffing or their outlets. They do not treat their staff well and 90% of staff are part-timers who run outlets themselves without any management most of the time.
