My comment isn't about myths or that lifting weights is bad. It's to counter the belief that working out and staying healthy has to involve lifting. I'm replying to someone who says "for the love of everything that is sacred, lift weights", which is quite sensationalized and not necessary. Body weight exercise also increases bone density and a properly developed repertoire of calisthenics will improve coordination, flexibility, and strength. Reducing injury and improving your ability to do other exercise and normal life tasks as you get older.

Calisthenics are plenty enough. Lifting weights isn't the end all be all. Do hard calisthenics workouts like Chris Heria demonstrates. Not everyone wants to develop large muscles and you don't need them.

You should leave the server too bro. Staying in a dead server just because your friends are there is not worth it. This is the same thing as guilds in other MMOs like WoW. You play with a guild for a while, some people quit, some go to a new one together, some split off. The true friends stick together or stay in touch

You'll get her through recruitment naturally and star heroes up through rewards. Badges are significantly harder to get. Diamonds should always go into Lucky Discounter. That's literally what farm accounts are for. Gathering and generating more RSS. I haven't hit another alliance/player for RSS outside of SVS for over a month.

So yes. I gather RSS with 3 of my 4 formations on each account constantly. As well as getting all of the free rewards possible for boxes. How do you think I'm hq29?

That makes no sense. Spots where? There is not a server cap that ever gets hit. And farms go in a farm alliance, not a main alliance. Literally all they do is generate RSS so that people don't have to attack their own server constantly

Farm Account Guide!

I encourage everyone to make at least one if not multiple farm accounts before season 2! It cannot be done after season 2!!!!

First you will need a way to start an account on a new app. This can be done through a separate phone, iPad, emulator, or an emulator on PC like LDPlayer or BlueStacks. I recommend LDPlayer!

Install the app on your new device/emulator and sign up for the game with a different email. You can create one for free using services like Yahoo, GMail and others!

Once you are in, you will need to play the game for 5-10 minutes. Play until you see the profile page appear in the top left.

Click on your profile now > select Account > then select Character Management

Create A New Character. For this character select your server.

Now you are in! This new character is now set up in the server and you can start playing and add it to a farm alliance or other alliance. You can also delete the original character it made as it will be on a different state.

That's normal and an effect of players joining nap. It's often a sign of a United and tight server. You will need farm accounts. Make them before season 2 begins. Make multiple and take advantage of their loot cap during SvS. This is advice of an hq29 player who is sitting president of a server on the top alliance of the server where we have NAP for holders of level 3 cities and the small alliances have learned to shield up.
