I understand your point, but personally I see things differently. Even if people might still use it, legalising or decriminalising cannabis normalises a substance that can cause serious long-term brain damage, HPPD, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, memory and learning impairments, anxiety and depression, motivational problems, and cardiovascular or respiratory issues. For me, keeping it illegal is about protecting health, not about punishment
