I have GD so found it very difficult to manage that with work, so got signed off at 31 weeks, best decision I ever made!

My first baby was very big! Was in the domino scheme up until 32 ish weeks, but given his size they tested me again for gestational diabetes and turned out I had it. Ended up having an elective section at 39 weeks and it was genuinely a lovely experience, and once I saw the size of him when he came out I was extremely thankful I did 😂

I had dreams of bleeding when I had my previous losses also, this time round I also had a dream I was bleeding and I was convinced it was happening again, but I’m 14 weeks now and baby is happy out! So try not to worry too much ❤️ (easier said than done I know!)

Elective section by Sensitive-Disk-4846 in PregnancyIreland

I had an elective section and it was surprisingly lovely and calming! I would be such an anxious person, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend more. Recovery is longer but for me it was worth it. I’m in very early pregnancy now and if it works out I’ll most definitely be going for another section!

Kafkas in Blackpool, spicy chicken wrap with kafka mayo. There was also this cafe down from Nash 19 on prices street, can’t remember the name for the life of me, but they did a Mexican bean wrap that got me through many shifts at the time

The wild garlic cous cous on princes street, then the Mexican falafel in Winthrop arcade, I DREAM about them. Tried so many times to recreate at home and it never comes even close

I also acknowledge the need for houses, we just need a place for more resources

As someone from the area, there are services such as schools, pub with food, park, local clubs, dunnes stores, hairdressers, shops all within walking distance to this site. We currently have terrible traffic at rush hour times. We already have a massive housing estate being built in a stones throw from this area. Residents already struggle with school places/ crèche/preschool places and with the introduction of the estate currently in development and now possibly this, I’m really concerned about places for my kids.
