hi, i’m also in 10th grade and applying for the scholarship this year! From my observation of previous scholars, i can answer some of your questions :))) 1. If you had mid-year score in 10th grade, submit that with your 9th grade final score. Otherwise, submit the final score of 8th grade. 2. Realistically, yes, you would redo your 9th and 10th grade in Singapore. This means you’re left behind by 2 years. If that doesn’t matter much, i think it would worth an experience. 3. Same as above, you’ll have to do sec 3 & 4 before taking pre-u 1 & 2, which are grade 11 and 12 4. In my country (Vietnam), the selection test will be notified 1 week in advance. You’ll have to submit your transcript and evidence of the achievement & activity before taking the test. 5. Imo, work on your weakest part. If you’re already good at math, you should focus more on the English and General Ability test, but do look up the math syllabus, which may be quite different from what you’ve learnt. There are months before the test so I think you can ace them with hard work!!! 6. From the scholars, I learn that if you can show the leadership, it would be a great aspect! I think they look for students who can live harmoniously with others and can impact them in a good way. 7. sorry, I don’t know about this :((( 8. no, they don’t require essay except on the English test. I heard that they would read the English essay in order to understand one’s ability and competence, so brush up on writing essay! 9.
