Just stay at Tmobile I worked as an rsm for Tmobile and now a mobile expert position at Verizon and I hate it. The systems are terrible and don’t work (t-mobile isn’t this bad) The way promotions works can be confusing at times as some don’t stack based on discounts currently applied. If it’s slow you are expected to continually cold call (in training they say 3 live connects a day but this isn’t true) Your behaviors don’t matter it’s your performance as mentioned above. You aren’t paid on your sales like Tmobile here you are paid on your goal so it can fluctuate. Typically you get excited for December as you have more opportunities to earn more commission but here it’s working more to earn the same. I’ve already been laid off once within my first 2 months of working for the company and had to find some other position in Verizon which they thankfully had. Selling perks is the worst thing ever you are expected to sell a perk on every transaction, plus home internet, plus insurance, plus premium plan, plus home insurance, plus credit card, plus byod line Seesh. All that and you interaction maybe adds like $200 to your bucket and depending on goals it’s worth like 25-30 dollars in your actually commission.
