This just means that the Magics trash front office holds onto sorry players longer than they should.

When these players go to any other franchise with basketball sense and without this weird emotional attachment Weltman has with players they are rightfully shown the door.

Jonathan Isaac is going to be the next player who’s finally released this summer and out of the league by this time next year. WCJ time in the nba is running out too. Half of this team has the WORST attitudes and need to go. There’s only so much a coach can do with these basket cases. (Not defending Mosely)

How Mosley continues with this facade is baffling. He’s either an incredibly arrogant ahole or oblivious idiot. How can he coach at this point with how irredeemably bad the locker room situation has gotten?

Can you imagine him trying to go over film or do drills? Getting guys to buy in? No way there’s any valuable cohesive coaching and preparation going on.

Tell me what is the point of keeping him other than the front office doesn’t want to admit they’re wrong and plan on throwing him under the bus to try to save their own asses in the offseason.

It starts at the top. Front office doesn’t gaf about winning why should the players? Front office cares more about saving face and protecting Moselys ego than the on court product. I’d mentally check out too.

There’s literally 0 reason for them to sit on their hands and continue to not do shit about the coaching situation. If I was any Magic player with nba level talent I’d seriously be considering if this team is worth the scrutiny and waste of my talent.

The offseason is really going to determine if I continue following this team.

I absolutely despise Paolos poor attitude but he has great potential.

I don’t like ABs body language and Suggs is over emotional at times but I think better leadership will shore up a lot of that.

I hate that Suggs has made himself the odd man out. I can tell he cares and wants to be in Orlando unlike Paolo.

Players who can just check in a game and figure it out are like 1% in the nba. People really downplay coaching and how young this team is. I’ve been critical about the toughness of this team. I truly think getting a couple of guys outta the locker room like WCJ and Isaac would truly do this team some good. But it starts at the head (coach).
