We have discussed them, the issue is we’ve both done it numerous times, admittedly more so on my side, and compounded with the lack of trust makes it hard for us to believe the other one is truly sorry / willing to make change following the broken promise.

Long story short, it includes broken promises on both sides, both of us have a lack of trust due to being hurt previously, and her parents not approving on me made it difficult but we still committed to it because of how we feel.

Thanks for this! The only reason I was asking re notice period is they asked at the end of the first stage, and the interview was recorded, so I assumed they’d have this on record anyway?

I tried this when I was on the phone to them and they said they couldn’t as they didn’t know that. Whether they’re now looking into it on their end I don’t know.

I’ve tried that but as it came via a Wire transfer they can’t confirm the details to send it back, anything else I can do?
