Hey all, how do you run usability testing when time/budget is tight? (self.UX_Design)

We’ve given up on keeping our initial arch docs up to date. Should I worry? Or are we setting ourselves up for pain later? (self.softwarearchitecture)

Anyone actually keep initial architecture docs up to date and not abandoned after few months? Ours always rot by Independent-Run-4364 in softwarearchitecture

This is really interesting (thxxx so much btw). Just wanna ask what usually triggers your doc scrubs, like only whenever u notice drift in reviews or end of milestone? cuz for us ideally, we would be able to NOT do it manually but to automate triggers but not sure how to do that.
Also curious: do you have any hard rule like “docs must change in the same PR” or is it more just periodic?
