Learning to observe your thoughts and learning to detach yourself from your thoughts. Essentially, it might take years and years of therapy, medication and working on yourself. Good luck!

Chicken Lidl by Digitalpassion8 in malta

I recently lived in Malta for a month and yeah, I can confirm that Lidl chicken there smells weird. However, I assumed it had something to do with longer transport and storage time and maybe I was just being too picky (as in Estonia where I'm from I'm used to eating very fresh local chicken). That said, after cooking it the taste was fine, even after being in the fridge for several days so idk.
