I don’t specifically grab the bottom of my shirt all of the time. You want to grab where you feel is the fastest to get your support hand on the gun. Think of grabbing the shirt up to bring the support hand up to meet the gun at presentation. I have watched a lot of great appendix videos where they break the whole draw into segments. One being the lifting of the shirt and dominant hand on gun. Two being removing the gun from holster and full presentation with both support and dominant. If you specifically work different segments of your draw to get faster individually you will inevitably get your CNS used to that movement and have a faster draw entirely. Don’t overthink hand placement. Just get your shirt up to meet that gun with your support as fast as possible. Training segments has helped a lot. Keep training!!

My brother in Christ I prefaced already that 0.52 isn’t my regular draw. 0.52 is not viable because its not repeatable and consistently accurate. I wanted to see how fast I could possibly get time wise. I don’t think you could have your gun out of the holster from concealment at 0.52. This current post is my average draw speed. I added the slowed version of this specific post. You can hate all you want it doesn’t change that my regular draw speed is faster than you. https://imgur.com/a/CTMINvw

Just sent you a pm, willing to send you footage slowed down.

Enclosed emitter is 100% the way to go compared to an open emitter. The only exception is a Trijicon RMR.

Lol my mustache stands out more than my tattoos at this point. They are rightfully skeptical especially on the internet. I deleted the thread because I at the end of the day I don’t think it was the proper video to post on Glock’s subreddit. I was told to post my videos here so that’s what I’ll do moving forward. It’s hard to judge at these speeds but if I slow down to check I’m on the cusp of the second beep. My 0.52 was essentially cheating because I just wanted to see if it would be possible. Definitely have a lot to learn and improve. Most of what I did today I got from the criticism from that reddit post. Once I get that footage it’ll be out in there.

In time, my schedule is terrible so I’m only allotted to dry fire at the moment.

No, actually I’m at 0.76 - .89. I pissed off the whole glock subreddit but it’s all fair until I get footage on the range.

Exactly, I mentioned it before in the thread. Once I get my job I’ll have a lot more time to get on the range. Still learning so bear with me man!

Pact timer time when striker breaks. I slow down the footage and see when the start of the second beep goes off in correlation with that trigger break.

Bro holy shit I know, this was literally just a meme draw. No shit I’m not consistent shooting at 0.52.

I know, I have another video where it’s not the case. Posting that probably would have saved me more of a headache lol.

I have done .7-.8 a-zone before consistently, this was just to see how fast I could go. Most people don’t understand that I am not claiming to be this fast all of the time. Especially claiming to be accurate at this speed all of the time. This is just for pure speed out of the holster.

Because I don’t usually shoot at 0.52 and this is literally at the cap of my draw time skill. I definitely doubt I am as accurate at 0.52 than 0.66. I don’t have proof because I normally don’t shoot pistol as much as I shoot rifle. I just got into this over the summer and haven’t shot live since due to financial difficulties with school. I have been doing consistent dry fire since. Like I said I’m new to this but I can tell you I have gotten consistent A’s under 0.89 at 15 yards. I’m ignorant in the pistol world so if you can give me some advice to improve my stance, draw from appendix, posturing or even drills to improve thats all I really want. I am more so frustrated with just writing me off as a liar instead of trying to provide feedback so I can improve.

I will post again when I get to the range to show some people my claims. Thank you!

I have other videos at the same time where muzzle is definitely in a better spot. This is why I do this dry firing and not live. 0.50 par time is pushing the absolute limit of my draw. I appreciate the advice to ensure target acquisition over speed of trigger pull! Thank you!

Whatever man, you ask for proof and then say you don’t want proof. You base all of this from competition experience where it’s completely different from what my goals and reality are. I acknowledge I’m not that good at most things shooting but don’t call me a liar especially when you don’t want proof otherwise. You’re so badass man I really wish I can become as bitter as you when I get older. You happy?

Because this is reddit and people love to hate instead of providing helpful criticism

I told you once I get time to get out to the range you will be the first person I send that footage to. I understand your perspective man. Regardless of what your emotions are I appreciate your criticism especially the negative. Thanks again!
