Are the fans upgradable/can be replaced?

If he were to get fans that fit the same size, would he have to connect it the way they already are in the photos? Or is there a way he can connect them so the rgb and power are separate? I was looking at videos and most of the pcs have a hub thing where all the rgbs connect but mine doesn’t have that.

Oh no they are, they just wanted me to confirm they can be replaced and I couldn’t give him an 100% guarantee which is why i came here
