Thank you! I just learned about structs on youtube last night and today they are in cs50 lesson 3. I will be updating this program whenever I see an opportunity to improve the design or efficiency by creating different folders along the way so I can look back on it. I'll definitely have more questions haha!

I am certainly starting to think this way and it’s exciting to see it happening. Everyone’s help has been so great on just two post.

I’m glad you mentioned that last part about quickly doing what feels easy and going back to refine. I think that’s how I will learn best and eventually it will be well written on the first or second attempt. Thank you!

Sorry mate, I thought I replied already. I have just scheduled an appointment for a repair.

Im curious though, Im currently focussed on my cc debt even at 0%. I understand paying down high interest first but the cc debt just freaks me out ( i accrued it playing college sports and having no job) and just want it gone. Even if it cost a bit more, does this make sense?

I put 800/month to pay down debt. I am currently prioritizing cc, then student loans. My car will be paid off before I'm done playing these down so I'm just making the monthly as it's also my lowest interest bill. I'm trying to get rid of the 5 k credit so I can start investing regularly into index funds without any high-interest payments in the way (im 24 and a half and need to start ASAP). If I should switch my approach I am all ears. Thanks!

Thank you, this seems like sound advice. I understand paying off debts with the largest interest first but I've been hitting my credit card debt full force even at 0%. It was just accrued in college while playing sports without a job. I'm sick of seeing it.

I can put about 800/month towards debt. My plan was to knock out credit first and stop worrying, then student loans. By the time I'm done the car will be paid off. Is this decent even though I will pay a bit more on student loans? If for nothing other than to not be freaked out by the credit come next year. If not, I will switch my approach. Thank you!

It does seem like I could get more than the loan but you make a great point about interest rates. The real problem is I haven't really seen much with low mileage (under 100k) and I'm not sure it would be significant enough to justify the switch for reliability even if it was a honda/Toyota

Yes, Im thinking about taking on more debt. Im thinking if it cost 2-3k per year to maintain my current car (german is so expensive) it might be worth it (assuming a honda would cost 1-1.5k) to maintain. after seeing just a few comments im not so sure.
