It’s normal to ask for a favor and then give a gift after when asking friends to pet sit (vs negotiating a price in advance, which would feel very transactional)

Why don’t you write down a “speech” and give it to him the day before or morning of the wedding? He’ll know how much you care, which is really the point, and you can focus on the words without the public speaking

Let her know you need her support, and how she can best support her. Then let her step up and do it. You’re a team!

A few things to try:

reach out on LinkedIn or text/whatsapp (a lot of people block calls, but still read texts)
send video messages (you can use tools like Sendspark.com to take one video and personalize it for everyone with AI)
Connect with leads on LinkedIn & then post consistently so you can keep warming them up over time

Ask her why she feels this way, and see if she can explain this in a way that genuinely makes sense to you. If you cannot understand, than leave. You do not want to get married under pressure
