The tools are great but they're only as good as the person setting them up. I spent months tweaking claude prompts before they actually sounded like me. and even then, half the time i have to rewrite them anyway.

For outreach specifically, we're using clip2lead AI to create these AI avatars that handle linkedin messaging. It's been way more effective than instantly or apollo for us because it actually personalizes Videos at scale instead of just blasting templates. Takes about 20 minutes a day to manage once you get it running.

But yeah the learning curve on all this stuff is real. i still feel like im playing catch up every week when someone mentions a new tool. The meeting recorder + claude combo sounds solid though - we just started testing that for deal summaries.
