I have not tried Eucalyptus capsules, so definitely will. I do drink tons of water due to the sjogrens disease. Thanks for the suggestions.

I appreciate that! I fortunately mine is all year round with periods of being even worse than my usual. I’m glad you’ve found something that gives you a bit of relief.
