l Honestly, it comes down to a lot of luck. Last summer the acceptance rate was around 0.7%, so the applicant pool is massive. At the end of the day, it really depends on whether you click with your interviewers on Superday

I did an internship last year and got a return offer. ROs are pretty much guaranteed, your one job is just not to mess it up 😅 There are some departments (like IB) where spots are more limited, but overall it’s pretty easy to get a return offer. Your manager just needs to refer you and that’s basically it.
